  • Set up punches and dies in turret including alignment and locking procedures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure dimensional accuracy.
  • Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools.
  • Verify finished part dimensions and identify defects before next production stage.
  • Load and position raw material manually, with crane, forklift, or pallet jack.
  • Maintain part consistency through in-line quality checks.
  • Adjust tooling and machine settings as needed to maintain tolerances.
  • Support material movement and workflow within production.
  • Maintain safe, organized work environment and follow established safety standards.
