  • Experience with ERP documentation and part measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and operate laser and turret punch equipment to produce metal components that adhere to precise technical prints.
  • Manage material handling workflows, including overhead cranes, forklifts, and manual lifts to stage raw sheets.
  • Execute complex tooling setups, including sharpening and assembly, to maintain optimal machine performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as nozzle alignment, lens cleaning, and focus adjustments to ensure consistent output.
  • Utilize inspection technology and measurement tools to verify part quality and document process compliance within ERP systems.
  • Collaborate across the production floor by assisting with secondary processes like deburring, part separation, and press brake operations as needed.
  • Maintain a high standard of workplace organization and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a productive environment.

  • Familiarity with Inspecvision scanning or similar automated quality verification systems.
