Job summary

Hester Enterprises LLC is seeking skilled turret press operators for multiple shifts in a growing sheetmetal parts fabrication environment. We offer training on the Prima Power turret equipment and expect journeyman level expertise in turret press operation, tooling setup, and efficient production flow.

Facilities are ISO-certified, with a clean, air-conditioned plant and 24/7 operations to support OT and advancement opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience operating modern turret presses (journeyman level).
• Knowledge of tooling setup and maintaining efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate turret press on assigned shift with attention to quality and safety.
• Assist with tooling setup and machine adjustments to optimize output.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training for Prima Power equipment.

Growing sheetmetal parts fabricator hiring additional production crew. Seeking journeymen level turret press operators with years of experience. Brand new 5x10 Prima Power turret press. Turret/Laser + panel bending automated line arriving August 2026. Energy sector and data center clientele. OT available and room for advancement. Brand new fully automatic Wilson Tool tool sharpening station. Very clean, organized, ISO certified facility.

• Turret Press operator - 1st shift
• Turret Press operator - 2nd shift
• Turret Press operator - Part-time Weekend shift
• Turret Press offline programming

Must be very knowledgable in modern turret press operation, tooling setup and efficient operation. We will provide factory training on the Prima Power brand turret equipment.
