Job summary

SFR3 LLC in Columbus, GA is seeking a Turn Maintenance Technician who inspects, repairs, and maintains rental homes between tenants. You’ll perform general maintenance with a focus on turnovers, carpentry, and basic trades to ensure swift, high-quality handoffs.

You’ll drive your own vehicle, receive $0.76 per mile for gas and wear, a quarterly bonus, 40 guaranteed hours, and generous benefits including health coverage from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on residential maintenance (painting, cleaning, carpentry).
• Own truck or van and own hand tools.
• Valid driver's license; live within reasonable distance of city.
• Background check; crawlspaces, slab houses, 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs with a primary focus on property turnovers ('turns').
• Emphasis on general Carpentry (painting, cleaning, laying LVP, sheetrock, drywall, etc.).
• Trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred but not required.
• Travel from home to home within your metro daily.
• Conduct property inspections, secure homes, and complete vacancy/wellness checks.
