• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Write and complete punch lists for units.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and potential tenants.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Walk vacant homes prior to move-in and ensure standards.
• Notify management of needed supplies/equipment.
• Comply with Fair Housing requirements.
