Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Leader of Turnover, Startup & Commissioning for the AI Data Center portfolio. You will guide turnover, startup, energization and commissioning across projects, defining standards and execution practices to move systems from construction completion to client handover.

You will lead distributed teams, coordinate with Construction, Field Quality, Engineering, OEMs and clients, establish readiness criteria, and drive digital workflows and documentation to ensure safety, quality

Qualifications

• 12+ years in construction completion, turnover, startup or commissioning on data centers or similar projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings including P&IDs and schematics.
• Experience developing standardized processes, procedures, and digital workflows.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement turnover, startup, and commissioning strategies across projects and regions.
• Lead systemization, turnover sequencing, readiness planning, and documentation.
• Oversee testing, punchlists, handover, and client acceptance activities.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, OEMs, trade partners, and clients.
