Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Leaders of Turnover, Startup & Commissioning to guide turnover, startup, energization, and commissioning across the AI Data Center portfolio. You will set strategies, manage system boundaries, and drive readiness with dispersed teams, vendors, and clients.

You will lead system walkdowns, testing, documentation, and turnover packages, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules. A hybrid work model and travel to project sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in turnover, startup, commissioning, or related roles on data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong understanding of systems-based completion, turnover, startup, energization, and commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement turnover, startup, and commissioning strategies, standards, and plans.
• Lead systemization, boundary development, turnover sequencing, and commissioning readiness planning.
• Provide leadership for construction completion, walkdowns, punchlists, testing, and commissioning.
• Establish readiness criteria and stage-gate requirements for turnover progression.
