Trane Technologies is seeking a Turnkey/Comprehensive Solutions Project Manager to oversee multi-million-dollar construction portfolios from Albany or Syracuse offices. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and safety while directing cross-functional teams to achieve energy savings and client satisfaction in occupied facilities.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction with a focus on HVAC, building automation, and decarbonization initiatives, and can travel regionally to job

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or Construction Management with 10+ years of experience.
Strong leadership and ability to manage multi-stakeholder teams.
Experience with energy efficiency projects and building systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of multi-million-dollar construction projects from start to finish.
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with owners, vendors, and subcontractors.
Ensure safety, quality, cost control, schedule, and client satisfaction.
