Job summary

Daikin Comfort seeks a Turnkey Project Developer in Chesterfield, MO to identify and develop energy-saving design-build solutions. You will estimate costs, coordinate with subcontractors, and work with internal teams and customers to deliver complete turnkey projects.

You will need 5–7+ years in project development or management, strong HVAC knowledge, and proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships. Travel and multi-market coordination may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in project development or management for construction/energy projects.
• Experience with design-build turnkey projects and energy contracting.
• Familiarity with HVAC/building systems and energy efficiency.
• Strong negotiation and cost-control skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates for materials, subcontractors, and labor.
• Support budgets and RFQ packages including scope, plans, milestones, specs, and permits.
• Review documents for conflicts and constructability issues.
• Lead pre-bid meetings and cost validation with Turnkey leadership.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, operations, and subcontractors to deliver turnkey projects.
• Assist acquisition efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
