Job summary

Krones Process Group North America is seeking a Project Manager in Tampa, FL. You will lead turnkey liquid process projects across beverage, dairy and HPC markets, overseeing all phases from proposal through commissioning and closeout.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, budgets, resources, and ensuring safety and quality. A strong background in chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering plus 3+ years in technical projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical project teams with knowledge in handling contractual matters and negotiation.
• Experience in beverage, dairy or liquid food projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects as a Professional Project Manager according to PM guidelines.
• Responsible for financial performance and project budget.
• Coordinate project organization and provide direction to the team.
• Plan and maintain project schedule and resources.
• Create procurement plan with supply chain and support RFQ process.
• Lead phase gate reviews and report project progression to stakeholders.
• Manage claims and change orders affecting schedule and budget.
• Perform risk and opportunity management to mitigate risks.
• Ensure site work is managed with safety and on-site installation teams.
• Capture Lessons Learned for the project.
