Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management is required.
• PMI certification preferred.
• 6+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers as the primary contact.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and complete turnkey projects across teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules and track progress.
• Create and manage project budgets and participate in cost reviews.
• Request and evaluate subcontractor quotes.
• Review bid documents with estimators for timely quotes.
• Prepare material takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Manage changes in scope and develop contingency plans.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to meet specifications and delivery.
• Prepare and present project updates and proposals.
• Read blueprints and contract drawings; apply fabrication knowledge.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and management to estimate costs.
