Qualified candidates have a minimum of 5+ years managing manufacturing projects, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and PMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with budgets over $500K.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver manufacturing initiatives on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate design reviews, process improvements, and validation activities for new products or processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.
