Job summary

The Pivot Group Network seeks an experienced Project Manager for Traverse City, MI, to lead cross-functional manufacturing projects from concept to completion. You will define scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, coordinating engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to achieve on-time, on-budget results.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years of PM in manufacturing, and PMP or similar certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related field.
5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
PMP or other project management certification.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of manufacturing projects from concept to completion.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Manage vendor relationships and external contractors to align with project objectives.
Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
