• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience or strong academic record with PM passion.
• Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
• Demonstrated ambition and drive to succeed in project management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all project tasks from initial engineering to closeout.
• Ensure delivery within budget and timelines with analytical skills.
• Serve as primary liaison between project team, clients, and vendors.
• Implement project plans using PM software; NetSuite exposure a plus.
• Monitor progress and adjust to meet deadlines.
• Prepare regular status reports with clear written and verbal communication.
• Manage resources, including manpower and material allocation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and team.
