Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all project tasks from kickoff to closeout.
• Ensure delivery within budget and timelines using analytical and financial skills.
• Serve as liaison between project team, clients, and vendors.
• Implement plans using PM software; NetSuite or similar a plus.
• Monitor progress and adjust to meet deadlines.
• Prepare regular project status reports with clear communication.
• Manage resources including manpower and materials.
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout lifecycle.
• Build positive relationships with clients, contractors and team members.
