Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all project tasks from initial engineering to project completion, including financial closeout.
• Ensure project delivery within budget and timelines using analytics and financial skills.
• Serve as the primary liaison between project team, clients, and vendors.
• Implement project plans using project management software; NetSuite or similar tools are a plus.
• Monitor progress and adjust to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports; strong communication is essential.
• Manage project resources, including manpower and materials.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Build and maintain positive client, contractor, and team relationships.
