Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience or proven academic record in PM.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to liaise with clients and vendors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all project tasks from initial engineering to project completion.
• Ensure project delivery within budget and timelines with strong analytical and financial skills.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the project team, clients, and external vendors.
• Implement project plans using project management software; NetSuite or similar tools preferred.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports; clear written and verbal communication.
• Manage project resources, including manpower and material allocation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
