Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation seeks an NPDI Engineer, Turnkey Deployment, to plan and execute scalable deployment programs across complex customer environments. You will own readiness and delivery alignment for thermal and power management deployments, ensuring procedures and teams are ready for field execution.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Service Operations to drive success, enable modular solutions, and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in thermal management systems (e.g., liquid cooling, high-density cooling).
• Experience with AC/DC power management systems in critical infra deployments.
• Experience with integrated and modular solutions and systems.
• 5-8 years of customer-facing technical experience.
• Proven cross-functional program leadership/coordination.
• Experience with field service or deployment teams.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, piping layouts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnkey deployment programs across NPDI initiatives, managing risks and execution dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Represent Services in design and product reviews, ensuring deployment considerations are included early.
• Own deployment readiness with validated procedures, tools, and trained teams.
• Collaborate on FMEA evaluations to identify risks and mitigation for deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution to remove roadblocks and maintain momentum.
• Develop and standardize deployment playbooks, installation procedures, and service documentation.
• Monitor deployment performance and feed learnings back to Engineering and Product Management.
• Support parts and logistics readiness for deployment and field support.
• Attend beta startups to ensure service readiness.
