Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Machinist in Santa Rosa, CA to develop and sustain machining processes using Swiss-style lathes, 3–5 axis milling, and wire EDM. You will ensure high-precision manufacturing for critical components at our PMTC facility on the client campus.

The role requires a high school diploma and preferably an associate degree or Journeyman certification. You'll interface with Engineering, Maintenance, and Management while maintaining strict GD&T standards and quality output.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; higher certs a plus.
• Journeyman certification or associate degree preferred.
• Willingness to learn advanced machining skills and work with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to precision, quality, and detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain machining processes using Swiss/rotary and 3–5 axis centers.
• Operate and program CNC machines and CAM software as needed.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production/NPI Schedulers.

As a machinist you will develop and sustain machining processes utilizing cutting edge machine tools such as Swiss Style Lathes, Single and Multi-Turret Lathes, Wire EDM, or 3 to 5 axis Milling centers.

Skills:

Client is looking for a highly motivated individual with a desire to learn advanced machining skills. This position will require a machinist with a knack for precision, quality, and attention to detail. Willingness to learn, strong teamwork, a positive attitude, dedication, and job flexibility are a must. In addition, you will interface with Engineering, Maintenance, and Management as well as production/NPI Schedulers.
