Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA seeks an experienced Machinist to develop and sustain precision machining processes for high-accuracy equipment. You will operate Swiss-style lathes, multi-axis milling centers, Wire EDM, and support GD&T specifications, with a focus on quality and process improvement.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams on-site at 1400 Fountain Grove Parkway, contributing to NPI scheduling and maintaining strict tolerances.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC turning and Swiss style lathes.
• Proficiency in milling centers with multi-axis capabilities.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and metrology skills.
• CNC programming or CAM software experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain machining processes for precision components.

• Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 40 hours/week.
• This position is 100% onsite. Location: 1400 Fountain Grove Parkway, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.
• Contract Duration: 23 months.

Job Description

The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) located on Keysight's campus in Santa Rosa, CA provides high-precision manufacturing solutions for Keysight's electronic measurement equipment. As a machinist you will develop and sustain machining processes utilizing cutting-edge machine tools such as Swiss Style Lathes, Single and Multi-Turret Lathes, Wire EDM, and 3-5 axis Milling centers. The role requires precision, quality, attention to detail and a willingness to learn advanced machining skills. You will interface with Engineering, Maintenance, Management, and production/NPI Schedulers.
