What we expect:

• Have a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift. Remove used towels and replace them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
• Wipe down wet surfaces in the bathroom. Fold any clothing left in the room and place it in the appropriate spot.
• Remove Room Service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings. Close drapes, reduce lighting, turn music on softly, and prepare the bed.
• Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens.
• Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.
• Perform full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed.
• Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Desk Attendant, and House Attendant.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Willingness to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
