Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina in Hawaii is seeking an On Call Turndown Attendant to maintain a pristine evening environment in guest rooms, preparing them for sleep. You will remove used linens, set up beds, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are ready for arrivals, with open availability 4:45pm–10pm, 3–4 days per week.

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an On Call Turndown Attendant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Turndown Attendants provide a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in.

What you will do:

• Remove any used linens and replace with clean ones.
• Close drapes, reduce lighting, turn music on softly & prep bed.
• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, & cotton balls.
• Prep both occupied and unoccupied rooms for arrivals & stay overs.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

What you bring:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Comfortability in lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for the majority of the shift.
