Job summary

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On-Call Server who delivers a flawless luxury dining experience on Hawaii’s sunny island of Oahu. You will anticipate guests’ needs and provide expert beverage and dining service under the guidance of the Lounge Manager.

Candidates must be fluent in English, have at least 1 year in a luxury setting, strong communication and computer skills, and legal US work authorization.

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in a luxury environment preferred (minimum 1 year).
• Strong communication and computer skills required.
• Demonstrates service passion and guest focus.

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an On Call Server who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Server reports to the Manalo Lounge Manager and provides an expertly served beverage or dining experience, anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options

What you will do:

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards

What you will bring

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Candidates should have at least 1-year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment.
• Must be experienced in the areas of communication and computer skills.
• Service Passion
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States
