Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On Call Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience with aloha spirit. The role, reporting to the lounge manager, focuses on anticipatory service and expert beverage and menu knowledge in a luxury setting on Oahu’s western coast.

Requirements include fluency in English, a minimum of 1 year in a luxury environment, strong communication and computer skills, and a proven commitment to detail and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar luxury hospitality role.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Passion for service with attention to detail.

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an On Call Server who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Server reports to the Manalo Lounge Manager and provides an expertly served beverage or dining experience, anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options

What you will do:

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards

What you will bring

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Candidates should have at least 1-year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment.
• Must be experienced in the areas of communication and computer skills.
• Service Passion
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States
