Job summary

Four Seasons Resort O’āhu at Ko Olina in Hawaii seeks an On-Call Server Assistant with a passion for hospitality and aloha spirit. The role focuses on supporting service, stocking dining areas, and ensuring polished silverware and glassware for guests.

Greet guests professionally, assist with beverage service, and help maintain tables and dining areas. On-call shifts, with specific schedule expectations, provide opportunities to join a luxury resort team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in food service or related work preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.
• Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverages while explain the contents and anticipate/service the guests before request are made.
• Preparation of condiment and garish items.
• Assistance with guest service including retrieving drinks from the bar using a tray and safely transporting them to the guest as well as removal from the table.
• Breakdown, clean and set up tables, chairs, menus.

Located on the Resort’s rooftop with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Five-One-Six promises an unforgettable experience where guests can enjoy signature cocktails against the backdrop of stunning ocean and sunset views. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy sunset cocktails before dinner.

Schedule & Hours:

• On Call/Causal - schedule may vary on business need
• Consistent availability needed Thursday - Saturday
• Festive Season: Open 5 days a week Now through January.
• Schedule 2:30pm to 8:30pm
