Fairmont is seeking a Turndown Attendant to create a restful space for guests returning to their rooms. You will ensure beds are turned down, refresh amenities, and uphold service standards with a courteous, guest-first approach.

Duty includes reporting room status, following safety policies, and collaborating with the team to deliver a consistently high standard of hospitality at Fairmont. A calm, reliable presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.

• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimum supervision.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Consistently prepare each guest room for turndown service and ensure service standards are followed.
• Refresh towels, water and other amenities as required.
• Ensure the guest’s bed is turn downed properly for their return.
• Take accurate room status reports at the end of the shift.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Report necessary maintenance items.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
