Job summary

Hyatt Wichita is seeking a Turndown Attendant to deliver prompt, courteous service and ensure each guest experience is distinctive and superior.

Responsibilities include cleaning standard guest rooms within 25-30 minutes, servicing stay-over rooms, changing sheets/pillow slips daily, replenishing towels and amenities, and inspecting rooms for cleanliness for the next guest.

• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests.
• Clean a standard guest room within 25-30 minutes, while meeting Hyatt Standards.
• Service stay-over rooms, changing sheets/pillow slips daily and replenishing towels/amenities as needed.
• Clean and check out (vacant/dirty) rooms thoroughly, paying close attention to details.
• Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and appearance and signify the completion of room.
• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counter, and floor surfaces in accordance with Hyatt Standards.
• Make up rollaway beds and cribs in rooms as necessary.
• Vacuum entire room thoroughly.
• Strip beds and make beds in accordance with Hyatt standards.
• Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges and shelves thoroughly.
