Job summary

Hyatt Wichita is seeking a Room Attendant to provide exceptional guest service by ensuring clean, well‑maintained guestrooms. This full‑time role requires you to work in a fast‑paced hotel environment, including lifting and moving supplies and interacting with guests.

Shifts cover weekends, with hours 8am–6pm Mon–Fri and Sunday, and 9am–7pm Saturday. Hyatt offers medical, dental, and vision insurance and a range of other benefits as part of a supportive hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task and deliver guest service.
• Able to lift and move a moderate weight.
• Smart, tidy appearance and reliable.

• Housekeeping or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and vacuum guestrooms as assigned.
• Conduct room checks to determine room status.
• Load housekeeping cart with cleaning supplies and linen.
• Dust and clean furniture.
• Report non-working equipment to Engineering.
• Search room for left-behind items and turn them into Security.
• Other duties as assigned.

Housekeepers are the heart of the house and impact guests on a daily basis.

It is the primary responsibility of the Room Attendant to provide the guest with exceptional customer service skills by ensuring a clean and well-maintained guest room.
