Job summary

The Capri Inn in Naples, FL is seeking a Turndown Associate for part-time evening shifts. Typical hours are 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, with 4 hours per shift, Monday through Sunday. Must be able to speak English; bilingual candidates are a plus.

Responsibilities include guest service, turning down rooms, cleaning and preparing rooms, reporting issues to supervision, and ensuring a welcoming, well-maintained environment for guests.

• Prepare room for evening services (adjust drapes, lighting).
• Report room as clean to front desk; report damages or maintenance to Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Anticipate guests’ needs
• Respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
• Clean rooms/suites, as assigned, which includes: making beds, cleaning
• bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and washing windows / tracks.
• prepare room for evening services such as adjust drapes, adjust room lighting,
• etc.
• Report room as clean to front desk
• Report any damages or maintenance problems to the Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible scheduling (MUST be able to work weekends!)
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
