Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking an experienced Turnaround Lead Scheduler to support a major refinery turnaround at Cenovus’ Superior Refinery in Superior, WI. This role requires building, optimizing, and leading complex turnaround schedules from the ground up using Primavera P6.

You will lead schedule reviews, perform quality control on planning step-outs, and identify risks and opportunities for successful execution.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of refinery, petrochemical, LNG, or chemical plant turnaround scheduling experience.
• Previous experience as a Turnaround Planner with a strong mechanical planning background.
• Proven experience building and managing turnaround schedules in Primavera P6.
• Experience creating new turnaround schedules and logic from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of mechanical turnaround planning, work packages, shutdown/startup sequencing, and execution logic.
• Experience leading schedule reviews and integrating contractor schedules.
• Ability to identify schedule risks, recommend solutions, and support turnaround leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• IPS experience, pipefitter or boilermaker background, PMP certification, or related degree are assets.
