Job summary

Per Sé Group seeks an experienced Electrical, Instrumentation & Analyzer (I&E) Planner / Coordinator to support Cenovus’ Superior Refinery turnaround in Superior, WI. You will own all I&E planning and coordination from scope development through execution and closeout, working with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and Contractors to deliver safe, efficient turnaround work.

Responsibilities include developing work packages, coordinating resources, and ensuring quality throughout execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas industry
• 3+ years planning or coordinating Instrumentation and/or Electrical maintenance work
• Instrumentation Technician or Electrical Technician background preferred
• Strong knowledge of process instrumentation, electrical systems, DCS, PLCs, valves, transmitters, field instrumentation, and analyzers
• Experience with analyzer systems (gas chromatographs, oxygen/sulfur analyzers) preferred
• Experience developing work packages and coordinating materials, contractors, and craft resources
• Familiarity with IPS or similar maintenance planning systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Technical degree or certification in Instrumentation, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the Instrumentation, Electrical & Analyzer planning and coordination from scope development through execution and closeout.
• Develop work packages and coordinate resources, materials, and contractors for turnaround activities.
• Manage quality and serve as the primary point of contact for I&E turnaround activities.
• Lead complex turnaround work from start to finish and adapt to extended hours during execution.
