Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking a Lead Turnaround Planner (Mechanical) for a major refinery turnaround in Superior, WI. You will oversee mechanical planning activities, lead the Planning Core Team, and mentor planners to ensure work packages are complete, constructible, and ready for safe execution.

This is a high-visibility leadership role supporting one of the refinery’s most critical events. Candidates should have extensive refinery turnaround planning experience and a strong mechanical planning

Qualifications

• 15+ years of refinery turnaround planning experience.
• Previous Lead Planner experience on major refinery turnarounds.
• Strong Mechanical planning background.
• Working knowledge of rotating equipment and I&E maintenance.
• SAP PM expertise.
• Experience leading planning teams and mentoring planners.
• Deep understanding of refinery turnaround planning and execution.

What You’ll Do

Join a major refinery turnaround as the Turnaround Manager’s right-hand planning leader. You’ll oversee the quality and execution readiness of mechanical planning activities, lead the Planning Core Team, mentor planners, and ensure work packages are complete, constructible, and ready for safe execution. This is a highly visible leadership role supporting one of the refinery’s most critical events.
