Base Pay Range: $150,000 – $225,000 per year

The team works closely with distressed companies, creditors, and stakeholders to navigate complex financial and operational challenges. Position Overview

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join its growing team. The role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in restructuring and bankruptcy who are ready to take on greater responsibility in client‑facing engagements. You will support and lead critical work streams across a variety of distressed and special‑situation mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of turnaround and restructuring engagements, including liquidity management, operational assessments, and strategic planning.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including 13‑week cash‑flow forecasts, business‑plan reviews, and recovery analyses.
• Assist in the development of restructuring strategies, including both in‑court (Chapter 11) and out‑of‑court solutions.
• Prepare client deliverables such as presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Participate in meetings with clients, legal advisors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to internal knowledge development and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

Compensation

Expected Base: $150,000 – $200,000

Discretionary Bonus: 30% – 100%
