Job Juncture represents a leading AmLaw firm seeking an Associate Attorney in Restructuring & Special Situations Finance to work on complex domestic and cross-border matters.

The role involves advising creditors, debtors, and investors; drafting credit agreements and restructuring documents; and collaborating with finance, corporate, and litigation teams in a fast-paced, high-profile practice. Hybrid work arrangement and competitive compensation apply.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3–7 years of substantive experience in restructuring, bankruptcy, and/or special situations finance transactions.
• Familiarity with Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and liability management transactions.
• Experience representing creditors, debtors, sponsors, or financial institutions in distressed scenarios.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Large law firm experience preferred.

Responsabilités
