Job summary

Berkeley Research Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Associate in Corporate Finance within Turnaround & Restructuring (T&R) to support client engagements through modeling, analysis, and deliverables.

You will work on 13-week cash flows, 3-statement models, and pro-forma scenarios while collaborating with BRG experts across teams. Strong communication and Excel proficiency are essential for success in this role, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of work experience, ideally in consulting or professional services.
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis (especially in Excel), including building and interpreting 3-statement financial models, cash flows, and scenario analyses.
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Capability to interpret insights from qualitative and quantitative analysis and develop recommendations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to work with junior and senior team members and stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving and project management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Support day-to-day activities for BRG Corporate Finance client service teams focused on Turnaround & Restructuring engagements.
• Execute multiple tasks across consulting engagements, including financial modeling and client presentations.
