Air Systems Components (ASC), a business segment of Air Distribution Technologies, Inc., is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Tarboro, NC manufacturing facility. ASC manufactures high-quality air distribution products used in commercial and industrial applications.
This facility operates as a Tier 2 production plant (101-500 employees) currently undergoing a turnaround, focused on improving operational performance, strengthening frontline leadership, and upskilling talent across the organization. The Production Supervisor is a hands‑on, floor‑focused leader responsible for driving shift execution across safety, quality, delivery, and cost while developing team capability and reinforcing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

This role operates primarily on the manufacturing floor with frequent standing, walking, and interaction with production equipment. The environment includes exposure to moving machinery, material handling equipment, and elevated noise levels, requiring appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Associates or better.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and shop floor transactions
Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and standard work
Demonstrated ability to lead in a performance‑driven or turnaround environment
Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment (fabrication, assembly, or industrial production)
