Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES), a Koch Inc. subsidiary, is seeking a Turnaround Planner/Coordinator to join our team in Wichita. This role supports TA planning across seven KAES facilities, with remote eligibility and up to 40% travel to KAES sites in the U.S.

and Canada. You will develop field plans, estimate work, plan capital projects, create repeatable job packages, and coordinate field execution during turnarounds, ensuring safety and compliance.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience planning fixed-equipment work.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating field execution during turnaround events.
• Experience reading technical documents (P&IDs, schematics, isometrics) and translating them into a construction plan.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Field plan and estimate work activities in process areas to support safe and efficient work execution.
• Plan capital projects for non-turnaround and turnaround execution.
• Develop comprehensive job packages with estimates, durations, resources, and materials; conduct field walks to validate plans and estimates.
• Incorporate Environmental, Health and Safety practices into work planning.
• Coordinate field activities and update schedules as a Field Execution Coordinator during turnaround events.
• Support turnover to operations, project closeout activities, outages, and unplanned events while upholding Koch values.
