Job summary

Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) is seeking a Turnaround Planner/Coordinator to support TA planning across seven KAES facilities. The role is remote eligible with up to 40% travel, including extended site stays in the U.S. and Canada, focused on planning, scheduling, and safety-driven execution.

You will develop repeatable job packages, coordinate field execution during turnarounds, and ensure smooth turnover to operations while upholding Koch's values and compliance expectations.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel up to 40% across the U.S. and Canada, including at KAES facilities.
• 3+ years of experience planning fixed-equipment work.
• 3+ years coordinating field execution during turnaround events.
• Experience reading P&IDs, schematics, isometric drawings, and engineering specs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Field plan and estimate work activities to support safe, efficient work execution.
• Plan capital projects for non-turnaround and turnaround execution.
• Develop comprehensive, repeatable job packages with estimates, durations, resources, and materials.
• Incorporate Environmental, Health and Safety practices into work planning.
• Support integration of capital projects into optimized execution schedules.
• Coordinate field activities as Field Execution Coordinator during turnarounds.
• Support turnover to operations and project closeout during outages and unplanned events.
