Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) is seeking a Project Controls Leader - Scheduling to spearhead and elevate scheduling for Turnaround, Capital and Expense Projects across KAES sites. Based in Wichita, KS, with relocation support as needed, this role focuses on building partnerships, transforming scheduling capability, and delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience building processes, tools, and teams across multiple locations and functions.
• Experience developing talent and aligning strengths to business priorities.
• Experience applying organizational change management to improve processes, applications, or tools.
• Experience translating organizational gaps into prioritized cross-functional initiatives that improve ROI and availability.
• Experience developing data, leading indicators, and stakeholder feedback to drive adoption and improve outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% with onsite presence during Turnarounds.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with Operations, Turnaround, Project, Procurement, Engineering Records, and others to make scheduling a valued partner.
• Drive results by applying PBM principles and developing team members, fostering accountability and transformation.
• Build and sustain scheduling and analytical talent across the fleet through onboarding and talent development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate a KAES Scheduling vision and roadmaps that drive action.
• Lead the transformation of KAES scheduling capabilities to improve competitiveness, reliability, and project/outage execution.
• Prioritize and collaborate on improvements to upstream/downstream processes, tools, and data flows to raise schedule quality and adoption.
• Develop metrics and leading indicators that drive profitable action.
