This role emphasizes field coordination, schedule optimization, and collaboration to implement sustainable processes.

Remote eligible with up to 40% travel within the U.S. and Canada; requires experience in planning and coordinating turnaround activities and strong MS Office skills. Not visa-sponsored.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience planning fixed-equipment work.
• 3+ years experience coordinating field execution during turnarounds.
• Experience reading P&IDs, schematics, isometric drawings and engineering specs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Field plan and estimate work activities to support safe, efficient execution.
• Plan capital projects for non-turnaround and turnaround execution.
• Develop repeatable job packages with estimates, durations, and resources; conduct field walks to validate plans.
• Integrate EH&S practices into work planning.
• Coordinate turnover to operations, outages, and unplanned events across teams.
