Job summary

Olin is seeking a Turnaround Planner/Coordinator in Freeport, TX to orchestrate safe, efficient maintenance execution. You will plan in-spec work packages and coordinate daily scheduling between maintenance, operations, and contractors to minimize downtime and maintain compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in craft maintenance or planning in manufacturing, strong SAP planning familiarity, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years in craft maintenance, maintenance planning, or operations in a manufacturing environment; chemical industry preferred.
Strong planning, scheduling, organizational and problem-solving skills; proficiency planning jobs in SAP (MSMS) strongly preferred.
Must have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; ability to work individually and in a team.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed job plans including scope, proper specification materials, tools, manpower, permits, and safety requirements.
Work with Lead Coordinator, T/A scheduler, and Cost Controller to ensure schedule and budget accuracy on all TA jobs.
Assist in coordination of TA schedules with operations, maintenance teams, and contractors.
Monitor execution of maintenance work, removing barriers and adjusting schedules when needed.
Collaborate with reliability and engineering teams to improve job plans, PM tasks, and overall maintenance effectiveness.
