Job summary

Optimal Field Services, a Crest Industries company, is looking to add an experienced Planner. You will develop detailed SAP plans, cost estimates, and job packages for turnaround work, coordinating with third-party contractors, warehousing, engineering, procurement, and field teams to build a cohesive schedule.

Responsibilities include developing field job packages, BOMs, resource estimates, and lifting plans; ensuring safety is priority; and maintaining the plan with schedulers to adapt to

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP for detailed planning and scheduling.
• Turnaround environments experience.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements detailed plans with safety as the number one priority.
• Field Job Package Development.
• Job process development for planning and scheduling.
• Bill of Material Development.
• Determine estimated resources (manpower, materials, equipment, and tools).
• Assist in the development of JLA’s and lift plans.
• Generate complete work opportunities and develop knowledge and familiarity for the turnaround team.
• Coordinate timely delivery of equipment and materials at the lowest cost.
• Maintain plan with schedulers during turnaround execution and update field contractors as changes occur.
