Job summary

The OPCO Skilled Management administrator opportunity is for an experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 118-bed facility under new ownership. The role emphasizes team building, census growth, and turning the building into a high-performing center with strong DON support and planned capital improvements.

The Administrator will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, deliver integrated clinical services with business plans, and supervise all department managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred; state licensure as applicable.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the Compliance Officer for the facility.
• Ensures center compliance with Federal, State and company regulations.
• Oversees delivery of high-quality care and maintains regulatory standards.
• Supervises department managers and ensures timely reports and surveys.
• Upholds ethical practices and responsive patient care resolutions.
