Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking an Administrator to oversee daily facility operations, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations while delivering high-quality clinical services aligned with business plans. The role supervises department managers, drives financial productivity, and maintains premier customer service with prompt issue resolutions.

The candidate will act as Compliance Officer, maintain ethical practices, and ensure response to regulatory reports and surveys.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and regulators
• Strong knowledge of Federal, State and company regulations and policies
• Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care
• Understanding of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations
• Presentable, neat and professional appearance
• Two years of healthcare field experience
• Education level to meet state requirements
• State certification as required

Responsibilities

• Acts as Compliance Officer for the facility and ensures regulatory compliance
• Oversees adherence to all Federal, State and company policies and standards
• Maintains high ethical standards in all practices and services
• Ensures highest quality standard of care and service delivery
• Reviews and signs accounting records and required reports; handles data responsive to company needs
• Ensures timely completion of required surveys and responses to authorities
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
