Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; current license as required by state law.
• Effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and agencies.
• Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care.
• Current knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Maintains neat, well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Dependability and trustworthiness.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in the health care field.
• State certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Compliance Officer for the facility.
• Ensure Center compliance with Federal, State and company regulations and policies.
• Ensure practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner.
• Ensure that Standard of Care and service provided is of the highest quality.
• Oversee completion of forms and reports including licensure, financials and surveys.
• Review and sign accounting records and incident/accident reports.
• Provide facility data responsive to company needs.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.
