CMCo is seeking a Maintenance I&E Turnaround Planner for Montana, Texas, and Kansas. The role focuses on developing and updating I/E turnaround job plans, coordinating with procurement to ensure materials and equipment availability, and supporting field operations during turnaround events.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of planning in refinery/chemical settings, proficient SAP/Maximo usage, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent with 5+ years planning experience in refinery/chemical industry.
• SAP/Maximo planning experience is required.
• MS Office experience, including spreadsheets to track and chart maintenance information.
• Experience communicating job packages/projects with construction and plant personnel.
• Experience specifying vendor instrument equipment and reading vendor manuals.
• Experience in creating/modifying P&ID diagrams, loop sheets, single lines, logics and electrical schematics.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsabilités

• Manage I/E turnaround work orders from identification to handover for execution; oversee other planners or contractors.
• Develop detailed job plans identifying manpower, materials, equipment and services.
• Estimate repairs and installations of DCS, PLC, HMI, motors, VFDs, electrical circuits and MCCs.
• Estimate conduit, wiring and electrical equipment needs.
• Estimate calibration and installation of instrumentation components and control valves.
• Estimate electrical distribution center upgrades and communications networks.
• Perform accurate job cost estimates using SAP and PM administration/creation.
• Support risk assessments for turnaround jobs and procurement coordination.
• Create/update standard turnaround plans and PMs; maintain the plan library.
