Job summary

Gestalt Community Schools is seeking an Academic Acceleration and School Improvement Supervisor to partner with the School Leader in accelerating scholar achievement and leading instructional improvement. This role provides differentiated coaching, professional learning, and data-driven planning across Literacy, Numeracy, and RTI initiatives.

As a grant-funded position through June 30, 2027, the Supervisor helps align curriculum, standards, and instructional practices with district priorities

Qualifications

• Tennessee License required for teaching or administration.
• Master’s degree in Education/leadership preferred.
• 5+ years of teaching with high effectiveness and acceleration of achievement.
• 3+ years in instructional coaching or leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead school improvement and MTSS/RTI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as School Leader’s strategic partner to plan and monitor the School Improvement Plan.
• Lead academic acceleration initiatives in Literacy, Numeracy, and RTI.
• Provide differentiated coaching to teachers and instructional staff.
• Support implementation of MTSS, RTI, and evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate PLCs, data meetings, and professional development.
• Collaborate to set measurable academic goals and monitor KPIs.
• Analyze formative and summative data to guide interventions.
• Develop leadership capacity among instructional staff.
