Job summary

Gestalt Community Schools is seeking an Academic Acceleration and School Improvement Supervisor to partner with the School Leader in driving turnaround efforts. The role focuses on coaching, data-informed planning, and improving literacy, numeracy, and RTI outcomes across classrooms.

The supervisor will lead professional learning, monitor progress, and support MTSS implementation to raise scholar achievement and ensure alignment with district priorities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field required.
• Tennessee teaching or administrator license expected.
• Experience leading school improvement and accelerating student achievement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to School Leader in School Improvement Plan and turnaround priorities.
• Lead academic acceleration initiatives in literacy, numeracy and RTI.
• Provide differentiated coaching to teachers and instructional staff.
