Job summary

Invitation Homes in Tampa, FL is seeking a Superintendent to lead full-cycle rehab and turnover for multiple properties. You will meet with residents, coordinate with contractors, document scope of work, and ensure on-time completion while upholding safety standards.

You will manage budgets, submit change orders, and communicate delays to the Leasing Team. Extensive travel within your portfolio is required, with strong vendor negotiation and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification required or within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum two years of project management experience across multiple projects, budgets, and timelines.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, drywall and flooring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle rehab and turnover for properties.
• Coordinate with residents, vendors and contractors; document scope and budgeting.
• Ensure safety and quality; manage change orders and progress photos.
• Communicate delays to Leasing Team and ensure on-schedule move-ins.
• Extensive travel within assigned portfolio.
