Job summary

Turn Maintenance Technician in St. Louis, MO is seeking a hands-on professional to inspect, repair, and maintain rental homes. You will focus on turns, carpentry, painting, and basic systems, traveling daily within the metro to each property.

Offers include guaranteed 40 hours/week, $0.76/mile reimbursement, quarterly performance bonus, dental and health coverage, tool reimbursement, and 2 weeks PTO to start (increasing later). Most roles require own truck/van and personal tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on residential maintenance (painting, cleaning, carpentry).
• Own truck or van and your own hand tools (tool reimbursement + mileage).
• Valid driver's license; live within reasonable distance of city.
• Background check; crawlspaces, slab houses, 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs with a primary focus on property turnovers.
• Travel from home to home within your metro daily.
• Conduct property inspections, secure homes, and complete vacancy/wellness checks.
• Handle minor pre-renovation repairs, utility inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
• Manage move-in/out meetings and property turnovers.
• Turn homes (repairing/light renovation to home from one tenant to the next) a must.
• Maintain and document property conditions using handheld technology (e.g., iPad, iPhone).

The deal, up front:

As a Turn PE, you'll play a key role in ensuring tenant satisfaction by inspecting, repairing, and maintaining homes. You'll proactively identify and address issues, setting the standard for our relationship with tenants through excellent service and communication.
